The transportation form must be submitted SEVEN DAYS before the first day of a break.
A late request will be charged an additional $50.
If you do not fill out the form you will not be added to the transportation list.

Departure: No BMA school transportation will be provided.
Pick-Up: Sunday after Thanksgiving (One hour earlier than listed)
*Check the transportation departure times on the Schedule and Charges document to ensure your child has a ride using BMA transportation.
