GUEST ROOM REQUEST
TO RESERVE A ROOM:
This form MUST be submitted at least 24 hours before arrival.
We cannot guarantee a room reservation if you do not fill out the form.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Rooms have two twin-sized beds each (we can provide ONE EXTRA if needed)
Rooms have no AC units
Rooms have no private bathrooms (bathrooms are located in hallways)
A $20 Key deposit is required (refundable upon return of key)

Make your payment at the Finance Office
Meals:
Room reservations do not include meals.
Meals are $12 dollars per person and can be paid in the finance office, or online.

TRANSPORTATION:
If you need transportation from and to the airport, fill out the Transportation Request Form.
Please ensure that confirmation of your reservation is received from our dorm deans before proceeding with payment HERE.
